This painting was done in a more detailed style similar to a Monet. All paintings are not done the same way. Sometimes a more free style look is more appropriate that a tight brush intricate style.

Our paintings can be as simple as adding some basic brushstrokes to a photograph to a full-fledged oil painting.
Because we start with a portrait photograph as our base, these paintings end up portraying a better and more accurate likeness of the subject(s). Also, we have substituted pigmented inks for paints. First and foremost, I am a photographic portrait artist. and have embraced the digital artistry for the past 13 years.
